They moved the items quickly to Columbus, getting back slightly before me, and unloaded them quickly and put them upstairs in my house, not an easy task. They also moved from upstairs to basement a heavy treadmill machine, something I'd needed done for some time and greatly appreciated. All of the move and loading and unloading was done in 2 hours, which impressed me greatly. My only minor gripe was not with the movers but with Angie's List, which did not really inform me that there was an extra charge of $120 for the truck and movers to come out to the Heath area from Columbus. This is something that should be made clearer to future customers of a deal like this. Otherwise, I was extremely satisfied."
