Yazel's has been my family's go-to florist for generations. Yesterday I placed my first 2 orders personally. Let me just say that it was the very best experience I could have ever asked for. The lady who helped me went above and beyond to help me create exactly what I had in mind all by phone. She was even so sweet to text me pics for the saddle order so I could pick just the right one. Even at this super busy time of year for Yazel's, she gave customer service as if I was her only customer and took the time to get my orders perfect. She made my day, and just the interaction left a warm feeling in my heart at a difficult time for our family. I even called another family member to tell her how kind, sweet and helpful she was. Yazel's will always be the only florist for me! THANK YOU a million times over!
