We want to be sure that when you walk into your new home that you don't get any suprises. Just kick back on the couch after a long day of moving and relax.

"Chris was awesome. I have had him inspect two homes for me. One had lots of problems and one looked to be flawless but on both he looked over with a fine tooth comb. I have construction experience but he found so many things on both houses that most would have never even thought of looking for but would have cost them in the end. He has truly saved me thousands with his inspection. I feel I truly knew everything I needed to in order to make an appropriate offer. Every, and I mean every, outlet, every window , dryer vent, sink, the list could go on. This sounds over the top but he truly is so much better than the 3 other inspectors I have had for my other houses. Great explanation in person as well as detailed printed report the next day. Absolutely no reservations!"

In 1975 he became a licensed real estate broker and opened his own company, RON SPENCER REAL ESTATE, INC. in Waynesfield, Ohio. 1 year later in 1976 he moved his office to 1819 Harding Hwy, Lima, Ohio. In August 1999 the company moved into their new location at 2895 Harding Hwy, Lima, Ohio. We opened a branch office in Wapakoneta in October of 2002 and a branch office in Delphos in February 2003.
