Dale has been providing reliable service forever. He promptly returns calls left on his answering machine. I needed my carpets cleaned right away for a real estate showing. As the owner of three dogs, they had left their "mark" on my wall-to-wall carpet. Dale was able to sanitize and remove all stains and odors left by my furry family members. He was able to come within a couple days after I called. The real estate agent commented on how great the carpets looked when he was done. I own a pretty good steam cleaner that we used regularly. We thought the carpets looked pretty good before we called Dale. Now if we can just sell that house!
