They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later!
