Came over right on time, explained the scope of work, and presented various options/cost. Was curious and waited while we were deciding one either to accept the quote and proceed. After we decided to proceed with a. Ertain service option, he completed the work promptly.

Technician was professional and skilled. The work was performed efficiently with excellent communications along the way.

They do an excellent job and he was very efficient and he informed us about every step and finished very quickly.

For what needed done to the garage door in order for it to open and close were small touch up items, which were priced higher than expected, other than that the service response time was fast and prompt.

Precision was incredibly responsive (early on a Saturday morning by the way) and were at my house within a few hours. Al Fleming was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic. He explained what happened and how he would fix it, and lifted the door so I could get my car out. Quote was very detailed and fair. He got the specific hardware we needed and returned, completing the job in less than 45 minutes. Fantastic experience - would absolutely recommend them and will call them the next time I need their service.
