Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

Strong scents like peppermint, rosemary, lavender, citronella, and others can repel woodpeckers—as pungent smells can overpower their senses. For that reason, you might consider making a homemade spray with one or a combination of these scents to spritz around areas of your home where woodpeckers frequent.

Woodpeckers peck at the break of dawn and take a break whenever the sun is not shining. On sunny days, expect pecking from dawn to dusk. No single deterrent will work 100 percent of the time, so we suggest combining deterrents to ensure your seed has the best possible chance to grow. Using bird netting over your seed, with physical deterrents like mylar tape coupled with hanging bird feeders at the edges of your growing area—and removing any bird’s nests, if possible—will give your seeds the best possible chance for success.
