"Josh replaced a side entry door to my garage which had rotted. It required him to remove the old door and frame and replace it with a new one. Since my house had settled from the original build (14 yrs ago), modification was necessary. Josh took his time, was fully prepared, and I have to admit, it's the best working door at my house! "I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done.
