"We had our roof completed by Victors. the initial visit with them was good. They were polite initially. They didn't clean the yard from the debris until we called them out to clean the job. I will give them a pass on that as it was very snowy that day. They said we'd get regular updates with photos of the progress from a manager. She showed up in the beginning of the project and didn't show the remainder of the time. While they were installing the roof my husband noticed the nails in all the ceiling of my upper floor were popping out. We had drywall falling from those areas. He went out and found the only guy who spoke English and he said he thought the insulation company might be responsible. After multiple calls to get a hold of victors manager. He refused to pay for the damage to my ceilings. Refused to take responsibility. THATS NOT INTEGRETY! In what world does a hired company come and damage property and not take responsibility???? I work in manufacturing and things happen. I've never had a supplier who was responsible for damage caused not pay for it. I'm completely appalled at the rudeness from this manager and they are still insisting on not paying for the damage. They insist that they didn't cause it even though it wasn't there before they started and it was there after. Not to mention my husband seeing it happen during the process. But they didn't do it? Victors as you see in other reviews are more expensive and I was ok with that to not have to deal with the exact situation I'm going through now. I should have went with a cheaper company. After talking to a few they have all said this should not have happened and would have payed for the damage. I guess its time to call a lawyer!"
