"All About Homes replaced a shower stall and installed a handicapped accessible walk in shower to replace a tub. Both showers look great and are exactly as envisioned. Bryan and Andrew encountered hidden plumbing and electric issues and brought all piping/wiring up to code. They even came across an inactive yellow jacket’s nest but were not phased while removing it. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job.
