He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused.
