"I was referred to Rick at Precision Basements via social media specifically because I was looking for someone who would be fair and only recommend work that really needed to be done. Rick came through for sure! We only needed 1 side of the home waterproofed. Rick was thorough in his explanation of everything, prompt with communication, and timely in his execution. The crew was courteous and cleaned up thoroughly each day - which is especially appreciated because they had to use our neighborâ s driveway to do the work. "Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."
