"Tim was professional and explained everything he was going to do. One of my carpets was badly stained and he did a very nice job on it. He was friendly and courteous. He did not waste any time in cleaning the carpets. I also liked the fact that he did not use any harsh chemicals and used essential oils for deodorizing the rugs. I highly recommend him and his company.
