"Anthony was very prompt in returning phone calls and answering an email I sent. He fit me in on a tight schedule and arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning. He took his time and paid special attention to the areas I was concerned about. I was amazed at how clean everything was when he left and how fast the carpets dried. "Steve cleaned my daughter's carpets at her college apartment. They were cleaned thorough and very well priced unlike a lot of cleaners in college areas.. In addition to the carpets. We moved from the area and a package was delivered when he got there. He went above and beyond by shipping it to us and I Venmo money to him. That just doesn't happen anymore. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought. I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
