They built a 12x12 cedar pavilion attached to my existing outside fireplace. It was a dream come true. They are on time and return your call. "We are still waiting for them to finish it. Still a little pissed about that. The part they did do was good. Quality, I'd give them an "F" because they didn't finish it. Responsiveness, they've been promising to come out, so I'd give them an "F" on that too. I would not use them again. They came out and did the roof as expected, they told me when they would come out and all that was fine. Then they left and we were happy, paid the bill and all that stuff. This year, earlier this year, which was obviously several months after they put it in, the city inspector came by and said they didn't finish your roof. He said they didn't put the ridge caps on and they didn't do some other stuff. I hadn't been up there, I didn't know anything about roofs. But the inspector said there were several things they did not finish and he recited them in his report. So I contacted the company and it took several calls to get their attention. Finally, I called the salesman and he said someone would call me right now. So the manager or owner said he's have guys out. Well somebody came out, my wife was home, she said they didn't even get up on the roof or she didn't think they did. It started raining and she said they sat out in their truck for awhile then just left. Nothing got done, no calls, no nothing. I called them again and they promised a new crew, I'm still waiting on that crew and I've talked to them twice since those guys left. This has been going on for a couple of months. I've had 5 or 6 conversations with them. If I call the inspector they will get cited again."
