"Everyone at Miracle Method was so helpful answering my questions (I’ve very inquisitive) throughout the process which helped ease any concerns I had since this was my first time using them. From Josh who came out to do our quote, Mary who helped us in the showroom as I changed my mind on one of my color choices, Laura who assisted me with my paperwork, to Calen & Zack who did the work, I couldn’t be happier with the communication and help throughout the process. Now for the actual product itself…I was blown away even after the first day of our project. We had our tub/shower surround, drop-in sinks and vanity top, and kitchen counters completely transformed in only THREE days! Calen and Zack took great care to tape off and protect everything in the kitchen and bathroom that wasn’t being refinished and the attention to detail is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with our results and would highly recommend Miracle Method to anyone looking for an affordable way to completely transform your kitchen and bath without a major renovation."

"The installation went very smoothly, and the finished product is a wonderful change from having to step over the side of an antiquated tub. Now we feel much safer taking showers and cleanup is a breeze. John and Pasqual were professional and friendly, so much so that we actually kind of missed them the morning after they finished. I would recommend your company to anyone."

"Mad City did a great job with our new bathtub install. Excellent work and done quickly. I would recommend."

"The tub is wonderful! Installation of the tub was ok except for the widening of the bathroom door. The door trim was wrong and the door itself was not straight. The threshold was not installed at all. Paid an additional $700 to get the door rehung."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."
