The appointment lasted for about a half-hour, maybe 45-minutes. Matt went through a number of different options to address my water problem, and even offered his own thoughts and opinions as well. I was not pressured in any way to make a snap decision on how to proceed. Matt simply took the time to explain things to me, and answer all of my questions (and I had a lot), and he left some materials explaining the different options available for me to review; and also offered his card to call him directly with any additional questions.
