It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael quoted me an estimate, we set date for work, he was there on time, had the job done that day and he never quit until the job was finished. He has all the proper tools needed and he knows how to use them. My home needed electric improvements. He removed the old light in the kitchen and installed a new led light and installed a completely new ceiling light in my pantry. He then put in a new electrical outlet and switch for that room. Also changed old outlet in laundry room and put in proper new outlet/switch. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me out. He even replaced my recessed light bulbs that had quit working. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call them, they call you back, you set your appointment date, they are there right on time and when the job is finished, they clean up after themselves. If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material. 

Sanding and pressure washing are both effective ways of maintaining your deck, but one method isn’t necessarily better than the other. Instead, they have different purposes and benefits. Pressure washing cleans dirt and grime off a deck and should be done every year. Sanding removes the old finish and prepares a deck for staining or sealing. This should be done every one to two years.

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
