"Storm Roofing Tom and his crew are awesome. They came out at a moment's notice even though all roofers were furiously backed up because of the storm. They tarp-sealed the open areas because rain and snow were forecast for the next few days. They coordinated with the insurance people on visits so I didn't have to play phone messenger. They replaced the entire side of the roof, matching the existing pattern. Tom was a pleasure to work with during this difficult time. He was super responsive, always answering our calls. Completely knowledgeable and informative about roofing issues, told us about why the damage happened and pointed out deficiencies in the previous roofing job. He met here with the insurance inspector on site, and made several recommendations. Once the insurance paperwork was finalized, Storm Roofing were out immediately and had the entire job done, including several new roofing boards, in one day. I was a little worried about damage to our neighbor's property during the job because we are very close and the ground was quite slushy from the weather, but the guys did a great job prepping the area and cleaning up afterwards.
