The guy (I think his name was Mike...but not sure, so much time has passed) was very pleasant and careful.  Installing the ice-maker valve was tricky and took some time, but he did a good job.  We are very happy with all three of his installations and with the total experience.

Kept every promise they made and were efficient in every sense of the word.  After they were done there was pretty much no sign they had ever been there, except, of course,  for the new and beautiful roof. Professionals all the way!
