"When I contacted All Dry I was gun shy. This would have been my 4th contractor I would have to deal with. All theee prior told me something completely different and tried to take advantage of my limited knowledge. From the get go, All Dry Basement made me feel extremely comfortable. Todd and his team answered my questions thoroughly and were always available for my questions . The work that was done was amazing, he was punctual everyday and worked some nights until 8pm until the work was completed. It is like a different world in the crawlspace, the smell is gone, all of the debris were cleaned out and. Brought to the dump, a vapor seal was installed, a dehumidifier for the moisture, one entryway to the crawlspace was closed up and the main entrance was re worked for easier access. Blocks from the foundation were grouted because the blocks were dead, , floor joists were spay flames and the House is now Warmer. I couldn’t be more please wth the quality of work All Dry Basement did at my home. They were professional and amazing and I would 100% recommend them. My stress level has decreased a million percent because after two years I found a company that was honest from the get go and their work shows it!!!! HIRE THEM FOR YOR CRAWLSPCE AND BASEMENT NEEDS. "My fence was ready to collapse into the neighbor's driveway: age, moisture and wind had done a great job on it. I needed help in a hurry. Other contractors, if they even returned my call, gave me a 2 to 3 month time frame to even look at the site. Matt Rowell, not only answered my call promptly, but came to my house promptly and on time. He inspected the fence and a day later I had my estimate. Not only that, but he actually was able to postpone a previous job and start working four days later. For an entire week, he and his crew were on time regardless of some inclement April weather. The work was completed, as promised, within a week, The fence looks great, solid, straight and long-lasting. My yard was left clean of debris. "We cannot say enough good about Dylan, Seth and Tim. 3 very hard workers. Lifting heavy heavy loads of concrete and stone up my and down my cellar and porch steps. They never stopped for breaks. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
