"Excellent job by Kevin, Fernando and Elmer. We called #1 Gutter Cleaner Repair Inc. when there was an impending rain storm two days away. We asked Kevin if our gutters could be repaired and cleaned. The next day Fernando and Elmer arrived and did a great job repairing our old gutters (being held by nails) with new hangers. They also repaired the downspouts (which were loose). And then they cleaned the downspouts and gutters which were clogged with leaves, etc.. They worked efficiently and quietly. Fernando showed me the photos of our cleaned gutters. Really appreciated this. 2nd time we called after storm hit our house. Keven was fantastic - he came the next day and did a great job with the gutters. He showed photos to my Mom. "We spent several years repairing our flat roof one leak at a time. A patch near the front wall would hold, then another leak would appear beside a plumbing vent or at the rear drain. Eventually we realized that the yearly repair bills were postponing a replacement rather than preserving a roof with much useful life left. The full project became realistic after we were referred to a third-party finance company. We submitted the application to the lender and qualified for a monthly payment arrangement under its terms. The roofer did not provide the loan, but the financing meant we could replace the roof without waiting for another interior leak. Multiple roofing layers were removed during the project. The oldest material had trapped moisture around the drain and beneath part of the front parapet flashing. Several decking boards in those areas were replaced, while the majority of the roof structure remained sound. The new assembly included insulation, a membrane roof, drain detailing."

They gave an estimate of two days and was able to replace my gutters, repair sections where my soffit was too badly worn, and replace some bad wood and missing shingles on my roof. They also were the only contractors that came out to my home and made their assessment before giving an estimate on the work that needed to be done. . "The sump install was excellent. They removed the sorry excuse of a sump setup from the previous homeowner (flex hose that had a pinhole leak and the sump float that was set so high to reduce the duty cycle I imagine). The original hole was removed and they added two more for the new PVC piping to pass through. Outside the mated the two pipes as well as the nearby gutter (bonus) to their drain pipe which was lawnscaped out about 15 ft. Excellent results as the high water in my sump was remedied as well as properly sealed! Time will tell on its reliability but it has 3 sumps and a battery backup so I have some piece of mind. They also use Zoeller sumps which I know has excellent reliability in the field. As for my backyard I had one lawnscape done for a gutter but since there was a neighboring one, Raoul and team suggested I run it down a different path so he could mate the nearby gutter to it for no additional charge. Its been working great for the last 2 rain days we had. I am ecstatic. I also had polyleveling done for two slabs leading to my steps. I was skeptical at the solution technique but it was pretty cool watching them perform the leveling. They definitely know what they are doing as they leveled and sealed the slab joints perfectly. No more crooked looking step and bad caulk job to try and hide the work from the previous owner. Kudos to Chris Bowe the sales designer on suggestions and prioritization of my concerns. He never tried to upsell me. Also a huge thanks to Victor, Raoul and his team for the install. He is a very nice and friendly installer that is competent. The polylevel team was also excellent. The work was so efficient and quick. They made it look too easy. Time will tell as far as reliability of the work but I am fairly confident things will hold up based on the quality of parts and care of installation. I would hire them again for future work if needed."

"Covered & repaired some chipped & cracked asbestos shingles, cleaned miss off our roof and installed copper strips to keep the roof shingles. The appearance of our home was improved to a better degree than I could imagine. He took the time to learn exactly what I needed to be done and how I wanted it done. Very professional and ethical.
