The oldest material had trapped moisture around the drain and beneath part of the front parapet flashing. Several decking boards in those areas were replaced, while the majority of the roof structure remained sound. The new assembly included insulation, a membrane roof, drain detailing."

"The crew was fantastic. We had cleared part of the basement, but had expected we would need to keep moving things around all day to give them working space. Not so. They did all of that. It was wonderful not to have to worry about it.
The company uses great quality material. The price is perhaps higher than others would be, but we have had only good experiences with them. Previously they removed a faulty french drain and sump pump, replaced both and replaced basement windows.
All their work is really solid. We now have a dry, comfortable basement.
