"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."

"Anthony was very polite, we’ll priced and accommodating with our crazy dogs as well as my very picky wife, he made a quick job of running all the wire and installing 25 or so outlets, a few ceiling fans and some light fixtures. "Rob came out, gave us a fair bid, and a crew started the work on time. From what I can tell (without going up on the roof), the quality of the work was good (no leaks yet). However, they did not complete the job before the weather got too cold to continue and they packed up for the winter something last November, 2021. As I write this review, it is September 2022, and I have been waiting 10 months for the roofing job to be completed. For the last three months, Rob has not been returning my calls or texts, so I am stuck with an unfinished job that I will probably have to find someone else to complete."
