My floors look like new and the walls came out beautifully, you can't even notice the spots that were so severely damaged before! Once the primary work was finished there were a few minor touches that needed to be addressed and Harvey came personally to oversee everything was done perfectly! You'd think it was his own house he was working on, he took such care! "Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased.
