We are a full service lawn sprinkler company serving long island homeowners and businesses. We have been in the irrigation industry since 1987

"Where to even begin. This is the most irresponsible, incompetent, dismissive, disorganized business and people we have ever come across. They don't come when they say they will, tell you that you need to be home when you don't and that you don't need to be home when you do, they cannot identify the correct issues with their own system, they cannot send the correct people for the correct job, they are dismissive and unresponsive, and extremely hard to reach. We use them to winterize and activate our sprinklers because they installed them. We have a set up where they do not need to come into the house to do that work. We had scheduled them to come on a Saturday and confirmed we did not need to be home. They confirmed we did not need to be home. We arrive home to find a note saying they were unable to activate our sprinklers because we were not home. We called and the receptionist said that it was because they needed to replace a part and did not have it on their truck. She said they would come back and we did not have to be home. Then she called back and said that actually we have a leak in the front under the porch and we needed to be home. So we scheduled them to come and I waited for them to show up. One guy showed up. His notes allegedly said nothing about a leak. He was there just to activate the system (something that, again, I didn't have to be home for so I had wasted a day off for no reason). He said there is a minor leak but that the sprinklers were working. We went to turn on the sprinklers and the back was NOT working. We called them again and again they said that they would come and no one needed to be home. Then they called again and said someone needed to be home and they were unsure what leak we were talking about or why the system wasn't working. So basically they are unaware of what needs to be done, who needs to do the job, whether you need or don't need to be home, they waste your time and are EXTREMELY difficult to reach or get an answer from (because I called to confirm whether or not I needed to be home and when they were coming and they never called me back and never came). As a result, my lawn is now fried and I have to hire a different sprinkler specialist to fix the problem they were unable to fix even though they were the ones who possibly created it since it is their poorly installed system that had a leak. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE unless you have A LOT of time and money to waste and have the patience of Jobe."
