We have been providing honest and reliable service since 1968. You deserve the best and here at Water Wizard we only accept the best! That's why throughout the years we have been privileged to be awarded the business of some of Long Island's biggest corporations such as the world's largest IT company, the Island's most prestigious car dealerships and countless academic grounds, condominium and apartment complexes. We employ as many highly trained and quality oriented employees necessary to ensure the total satisfaction of our clients. We do charge a "trip charge" for service calls but most of our pricing is determined on an individual basis. We accept Visa, Master Card and American express; as well as Cash and Checks as forms of payment.

We had a nice conversation, but as far as taking the time to do the job right he was very poor and failed.
I took my own adjustment head key and re-adjusted the two heads so they would hit the brown areas I hired him to hit!
I will never use them again. I can't believe he charged me that much money for maybe 15 minutes of time. I mean common, $55.00 for a Cheap c$ 12-13.00 dollar head! Then 10 to 15 minutes and gone. Mike and I talked for at least 20 minutes, a nice guy the tech!
ALL in ALL they are an "F" in my opinion!
Will be looking for another company on Angies List after I'm done here!!!!!!
