"Very thorough and informative. I didn’t even know how to fully explain the issues let alone what repairs were needed. The Sprinkler System hadn’t worked in over 3 years. They were courteous and took their time assessing the issues. They surveyed the property, dug things up, located 45 sprinkler heads, etc., and was able to pinpoint the issues and repair my sprinkler system. Irrigation is all they do, they’re experts and when you function at that level that’s all you need to do. Highly recommend! "I don't think he did a great job on trimming and stuff though. I was going to have them for the whole yard. It was supposed to be yard work and tree trimming or lawn maintenance but then I don't know what happened but then again he stopped by and since we didn't get any one to do the work, we had him do the trimming. I wouldn't have it done by him again. I thought the pricing was kind of expensive for what he did. They just stopped by, I guess it was a Saturday and they were looking for something to do so I decided for them to go ahead and do it and being that he had all these people in there for landscaping I thought hey did a great job but we weren't happy with the trimming at all. They were very nice, it's just that I don't think they have the people to be able to do the good job. We've had trimming before and the people did a fabulous job."

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"We'd bought a house with a yard that had been neglected for a number of years, and was overgrown with large self-seeded trees. Steve came in and was immediately more knowledgeable about the trees than the guy from Bartlett Tree Services. He was also very straightforward, listened to what I wanted, and also able to offer his thoughts on what needed to be done. He is a certified arborist.

Steve and his great, and very polite, team came in and removed 7 large trees, and then shaped and cleared up the many remaining large trees.  They also cleared up a lot of overgrown shrubs, cleared an area of weeds and vines, and trimmed down a very overgrown privet hedge to regrow. The whole process took 3 days and they left the yard immaculate (with a few remaining jobs that they are going to come back and finish off when Spring starts).

The yard now looks "park-like" in the words of a visitor who came by - it went from an untended forest to a beautiful open space, with trees that now look like specimen trees in a park.

I've been very impressed with Steve, and Paul who is Steve's backup guy in the office. Steve is very professional, pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping, tree care and planting. I am now continuing to work with them on ongoing projects to create my garden, including installing a deer fence, laying a formal lawn, preparing large flower beds and eventually laying a slate terrace, and new driveway (Steve is also a trained mason). In all ongoing discussions they are very open to follow my ideas, and watch my budget very carefully so I really feel like I am getting very good value and service for my money."
