I am a professional designer who has supervised interior construction across the US and in 12 countries overseas. Sergio submitted the lowest written bid out of five contractors. The team was punctual, neat and exacting in the difficult task of cutting out the old wood flooring in the kick spaces underneath existing kitchen cabinets. They cut out and patched defective wood sub-flooring and then deftly applied Ditra matting before laying the cleft cut slate, using a hi tech system of spacing and leveling the slate.
