"I put in an inquiry on Sunday, and mere minutes later I got a call from Lowell. We scheduled for next day between 10 and 12 and he showed up around 11. He also called me before showing up telling me that he was on the way. Even though the job was very small, Lowell was friendly, reasonable, and a true professional throughout the duration of the job.
