Mold Toxins (mycotoxins) are poorly understood in the medical field and leave much to question. As a result of personal health conditions within our own family, we established a mold assessment company that specializes in working with individuals with inflammatory disorders caused by poor indoor air quality. The effects of mycotoxins on the immune system can reek havoc and cause a cascade effect of health issues. We can work closely with medical practitioners to discover the source of the problem(s), offer solutions and guidance to remediation companies. Services are "boots on the ground" and we also offer remote virtual consultation.

David Silver was a bad deal for us. My Landlord called him after we had made the appointment with another expert. Mr. Silver acted in a disrespectful manner in the presence of the Police, leaving an INVOICE of $800 without performing the work. Everything was captured on cameras. We (Tenants) have a major mold crisis in our home. Mr Silver turned out to be unprofessional. And while we were dealing with a complicated scenario we received excellent service from another expert. We do not recommend Mr Silver's services!!! He is an uninformed and compulsive professional for anyone dealing with a mold problem in their home.

One of (if not the) best specialist we've worked with on a home purchase. David was extremely responsive and thoroughly answered every question we had from initial consultation through report result stages. He was super transparent in pricing and recommended testing, sent out samples and wrote up his report extremely quickly, and did a great job of explaining our testing results and recommendations. I felt I could trust David to properly test our property and that he would give us educated recommendations for remediation.
