"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"TH Remodeling did an exceptional job replacing my roof and gutters. With 2 active leaks, Chris from TH was the first to respond. On arrival, he did a thorough roof / gutter inspection, and above all gave me the best estimate out of other three companies. Although scheduling was a bit tricky, due to the unpredictable weather, they did a super job in accommodating my needs. The team are truly hard working, honest, efficient and a great company to go with. Afterwards, Thomas, the owner, came out, did a final inspection of my roof plus gutter and decided to send his people again to treat a side wall for winter protection. Thank you Thomas Hazard, Sarah, Chris and team!"

"This is the third time that we have called Matt for services and we are absolutely thrilled with the results of every job.  The siding on either side of our chimney was ruined by two hard winters of ice.  The shingles and the board underneath were rotted.  Matt came out, and did a thorough inspection of the damage and recommended completely replacing the siding, plywood, insulation, etc, all of the way up to the roof line.  He came back the next day and started work.  He finished the job in two days and completely cleaned up the work area (and this was a seriously messy job!).  The work that he did is impeccable.  I see from some other reviews that some people have had scheduling issues with Matt in the past.  He was very upfront about needing to accommodate his children' schedules and we were happy to work with him.  If you want an honest, skilled and reasonably priced contractor, you should call Onondaga County Construction.  You may need to work around a dedicated father's time table, but it will be well worth it!
