"They took out a load bearing wall and installed a beam. I wanted to open up a room to open the kitchen. They were terrific, reliable, and I know it was done 100% right. I have not had any problems with it since and it has been 5 years."

"Started out great, then had issues with Onondaga County due to not following Design plans with Watershed Property. Left a giant mess in the backyard including broken pipe, bottles, cardboard and ungraded dumps of dirt. Front and side yard including driveway a mess. He understood my husband is disabled and not able to fix these. Now we have to somehow hire someone else to fix the mess. Not Happy! Over $16K paid."

"I have used them for two years. They charge me depending on the service. I have paid $300 for normal plumbing issues, like clearing the drain; etc. They are quick to come out. However, if it is a large job, they normally charge twice as much as the other plumbers. So, they are very expensive. I do not think I will use them again in the future. "
