"Everything was finished timely and Dave alway cleaned up. I met Dave by accident, had just found out my water softener had filled up with water and was at Home Depot getting sand when I saw Daves truck outside, asked him if he knew anything about water softeners and was he available, he got back to me very soon and started working on my problem. I would feel very confident having Dave do any plumbing job."

I was not happy that they did not drain any water from the old tank, I believe that once they determined that they could not empty the water anywhere in the basement except outside they just left it.
