C&J’s team of subcontractors and designers are excellent too. These people are the best the building trade has to offer: conscientious, skilled, creative, and a pleasure to work with. "I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent work. As a landlord, I needed to replace a furnace last year. Will, at A-1 Heating & Cooling came and gave me great advice. I replaced the gas/radiator furnace, furnace was great, no issues at all. This spring, I decided to replace my furnace as well since it was 30 yrs old. Job was finished within 6 hrs, radiators bled, old furnace removed, another great job. Cant say enough about this company…..the owner actually answers the phone!"
