100% satisfied. Mr. Bischoff was responsive, prompt, professional and flexible. This was a complete remodel and we have no experience so his input and suggestions were extremely helpful I am already considering him for another home project.

We had 3 sliding glass doors we needed replaces. Bischoff Remodeling Inc replaced all 3 doors quick and correctly. It has rained many times since and NEVER have the door leaked. Very happy with the job done and would recommend Bischoff Remodeling Inc to anyone..

Brad and his team did a complete Kitchen remodel for us. They installed new tile flooring, new cabinets did drywall replacement, installed overhead lights and under cabinet lights, installed new outlet boxes and wired them, relocated appliances and installed them, changed out the kitchen window and installed molding. I would recommend Bischoff Remodeling Inc to anyone. My wife and I are very satisified with the final results

He was professional, friendly and neat. He kept me informed as situations arose. I am very happy and would call on him again for any future home improvement projects. He also returned to my home to follow up with on a little leak in one of the pipes. Fine Job!!

We are very satisfied with the outcome. Brad made good suggestions prior to starting the work, which was very helpful. Brad and his crew came when they said they would; they worked quickly and neatly; and Brad always notified us when they would not be at our home (or would be delayed in arriving). Brad custom-built two sliding "barn" doors based upon a design (photo) we provided. Brad discussed and showed us each phase of construction before proceeding. The project was completed within a reasonable time period at a fair price. We would hire Brad again!

Brad and his crew recently upgraded two of my bathrooms.  They completed numerous upgrades to a master bath, and also totally gutted and remodeled a larger, main bath.  They were professional, efficient, and very clean, which was welcome given the demolition involved.  Their work was great, and in particular, their tile work is excellent.

I would highly recommend them for your home projects!

This was a major job that included plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and tile work. 
Brad was efficient.  We were able to stay elsewhere while the work was being done, and Brad started and finished exactly when he said he would.  There were no delays.  The whole project took about 5 weeks.
As the project progressed we asked for a few more things to be done.  A wall was shortened, some electrical work was done, some lighting was added.  All of this was done without complaint and with minimal cost added.
Payments were scheduled at various points throughout the job.  This worked well for us.
From the start I feel Brad had a good handle on what the job would entail and any problems that might be encountered.  Because of that, we really had no problems at all.  Honestly, I was surprised at how smoothly the remodel went since everybody was so willing to tell me horror stories about their experiences.  No horror story here--just a happy ending!

Excellent work, timely, good price, attention to detail, and cleaned area after every work day. More importantly, he showed up every day until the work was completed.

It was great as always. I have used Brad multiple times and he is a pleasure to work with and always comes up with ideas to save money. He has done simple work for me like the one described above and has done extensive work at another property. He works his contacts to get the best deals on materials, came in under budget or some projects, and will always make things "right" for a perfectionist. He even gave me the name of a tree removal service that I recently used as well!

This went very well.  Brad showed up on schedule for an estimate, and supplied a good faith quote by email within 48 hrs, as promised.  I provided the agreed deposit amount, and after obtaining the necessary permit, Brad gave me a 3-4 day window when he expected to start work.

He and his crew of three addl showed up within that window and got right to work.  The first day was pouring rain but they worked through most of it.

In the subsequent several days, only the necessary part of the crew was on site.  Work started just before 8AM, which allowed me to touch base before leaving for work myself.  Brad and I were able to stay in touch by cell phone.

Work was completed within the promised time frame (4 working days), despite the rain on day #1 costing the better part of a day.  We are thrilled with the way things came out -- our front entry is protected from the elements, our steps are safer, and the curb appeal of our home has been substantially enhanced.

Other notes:

 - The cost I note above is all inclusive -- materials plus labor.  Brad's quoted price of 4800 included essential building materials (i.e. framing, etc.) as well as demolition/construction.  (In essence, I shopped and paid for decking, stair fascia, columns, and railings - the things where style and price were discretionary.)

 - Brad's crew cleaned up and disposed of debris, not that there was too much in this case.

 - I have another project planned for late winter/early spring.  I plan to use Brad again.

Brad Bischoff and his team were excellent!!  His team members consisted of himself, Bill, Eric and Jeremy - all outstanding and personable as well.  They always arrived on time and got a considerable amount of work done each day.  They demo'd our existing unfinished basement and then finished it top to bottom, along with adding a half bath.  Their craftsmanship is top notch and the work was completed earlier than expected - less than 3 weeks!  All aspects of work including electrical, plumbing, building and finishing were done beautifully.  Brad was easy to contact and very responsive.  His price was fair and better than other estimates we received.  We would use Brad and his team again in a heartbeat!  No complaints here!!!!

-he came for the free estimate in 3 days after contacting him I had told him we were going to have a houseful for a wedding on june 28th so he squeezed us in  he said he would be here w/crew on Monday 6/16 at 8 am and he was right on time   He and his guys were a swarm of activity He had even told me the best tub enclosure to get--the whole area was redone to fit the larger enclosure they cut the tiles and mudded the walls and it looks beautiful--I recommend these folks highly

In addition, my husband and I were indecisive as to exactly what we wanted the railing to look like and he shopped around and found us samples until we found what we wanted.  We had some landscaping being done around the same time and Brad took it upon himself to coordinate with the other company's workers.  He and his team cleaned up at the end of every workday, were always respectful, and did fine work.  Brad consulted with us each time he was ready to do an aspect of the project and wasn't sure that we'd be happy with it.  At times his patience seemed endless!  Originally we thought his estimate was a bit high, but given how meticulous he was; the amount of work actually involved and how pleased we were with the final product, we now feel the price was fair.  Brad Bischoff is a true professional and perfectionist, who wants to attain the results his customers will love.  We recommend him without reservation.  Thanks Brad!

 

Everything progressed day by day. Brad and his crew were there almost everyday and if not communicated with us. Minor glitches resolved easily. Grout on shower floor in Master Bath came loose 3 times. Brad came back each time to repair. Finally resolved. Always responded promptly. Did not run into any major cost overruns.

This is the 4th project that Brad Bischoff has performed for us.  More than ten years ago, Brad (as a sub-contractor to Home Depot) performed a complete kitchen rehab for us in our former home.  We were so pleased with what he accomplished that we (lucky for us) retained his contact information.  Last year, we sold our former home and downsized to a condo that could only be described as a disaster area--it required a pretty thorough rehab project after about 25 years of neglect.  We contacted Brad with an offer for what could have only been deemed as a professional challenge.  We presented him with a 30 day window approximately 2 months into the future when our "new" kitchen would need to be installed, between the time when we closed on the condo and were forced to vacate our home.  He would need to work around all of our other contractors (flooring, painting, appliances, counter tops, etc) who would be working during that same 30 day window.  Brad helped us coordinate the purchase of cabinets, counter top, appliances, and other kitchen fixtures, so that when the 30 day window commenced, virtually all material would be on site and ready for him and his staff.  His pricing was reasonable.  We were thrilled with the outcome.  Everything came together like clockwork and the results could not have been more satisfactory.  Brad coordinated things like a concert master!
This year, we decided to tackle our two bath/shower areas.  When we approached Brad about the master bath, he told us exactly what to purchase in the way of a pre-fab unit, provided us a price and schedule that we found acceptable, and completed the project just as agreed.  Again, we were more than satisfied.
When we most recently approached Brad regarding our plans for the main bathroom (which included the re-glazing of the existing tub/shower/wall tile arrangement), he expressed some (as it turned out appropriate) skepticism.  While we thought we could minimize our expense by what in essence is a paint-over, as we further explored our project plan, we came to realize that the wall-board beneath the tile required extensive attention, which would drive the project cost up close to that of a new unit.  Brad jumped into the project and, again, recommended the Kohler unit that we were so satisfied with in our master bath.  Once again, Brad provided a price and schedule that we deemed acceptable.  Brad and his staff were meticulous about how they performed the installation, as well as the removal of existing fixtures and the cleanup thereafter.  In retrospect, this was the only way this project should have ever been approached.
We're now in a great condo surrounded by a neat and new kitchen and 2 all-new baths.  I hope everyone can be as satisfied with their kitchen/bath rehab projects as we have been with Bischoff Remodeling!

All went so fine , yet again! Love this man and his assistants. All done in one day!! 3rd time we have used him and am waiting to come up with another project!!!

Since we would be away when the work was being done it was important that we had someone that we felt understood our plans and that we could trust to carry them out.  Parts of our plan depended on "what was found" when plumbing etc was revealed. Of 4 people that gave estimates, Brad  Bischoff was the only one that gave  us good evidence in discussing the features of the house  to believe that our plan could be carried out.  He helped us think through details that we were not sure about, and we felt a lot of confidence in his expertise.  We also talked to several companies in the Capitol District that provided cabinets and wares for his projects and they were very complimentary about him and also said they knew just what parts he would want etc.  
He sent us pictures during different phases of the project, and we spoke when necessary. 
When we got home, after being away for two months, the bathroom and new closet were complete.
We were awed with how great everything looked. Brad came after we were home to go over the work with us and make some final installation of rods and shelves.
We had two concerns within the first few months and he responded immediately.
