We liked that Chuck was the one to do the work (along with someone he has been working with for many years). They worked long days to minimize the amount of time we would have to be out of the house. They checked with us after the sanding was done to make sure we still wanted to go with the natural wood since there were some dark spots under the previous stains. They cleaned up well and we are very happy with our floors!"
