"From initial meeting with sales representative through installation, staff was knowledgeable, professional and performed good work. The products were thoroughly explained to us and why it could alleviate the dampness and odor in our basement. So far (four months in), it appears to be working. We were told the time the installers would be here; on the day of install they encountered an issue with their truck which delayed their arrival. The team leader called us immediately and advised us of the issue then called an hour later to tell us they were on their way. They were respectful of our home and kept the mess to a minimum (there will be dust from the jackhammering!). They explained everything they were going to do as they went along (my husband asked). The work was completed in 2 1/2 days."

They spread river stone and/or mulch in all garden beds and built a timber border around my shed. Doug skillfully reused some landscaping rocks/stepping stones that were on my property (but not part of the current landscaping). Doug and his crew were courteous and professional.
