"I found JT Concrete a very competent and capable company with competitive and reasonable rates.  The owner, Justin Traver, is a very professional and experienced tradesman.  He was very prompt in giving an estimate, returning phone calls, scheduling and keeping me informed on all aspects of the project.  I appreciated the fact that he wanted the job to be done in the best way possible.  For example, he up-graded to a more expensive product needed to insure a proper job on a problem that could not have been foreseen at the time of the estimate.  But - he did not "up-grade" the contract price.  This was appreciated as well as was his professionalism and work ethic. "I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
