Colin was professional, attentive, and did a great job with the repair on my roof. He was able to take care of the repair in no time at all. He also communicated was the issue was, what materials that would be needed, and he handled it. I was impressed with the way he did the work.

Colin called me the same day I put in the request with Angieâ s. He showed up, on time, the day we scheduled. A complete quote was emailed to me the same day. He did not hound me, but allowed me to get other quotes. Several other companies didnâ t even show up and Colinâ s price was better than the quotes I did receive. Work was completed on time to my satisfaction. Looks like a got a new roofer!

Collin and his crew, Ralph and Tim did a phenomenal job repairing my roof and rotten soffit. Ralph is extremely meticulous with his work, very energetic, friendly and pays special attention to detail. I will absolutely be using this company for future projects. Ten months ago, October 2020, I paid them $1,500 to make the rood over my bump-out water tight. Less than a year after that, I had a major leak in the same roof, resulting in significant damage in the room below. I called them back out and they were not willing to accept any fiscal responsibility for the damage and wanted $1,000 to fix the roof again. I went ahead with further repairs and held back $500 pending the next rainfall, when I still had a leak. I requested twice that the owner come by to talk about it, twice he agreed, and twice he didnt show up. No phone call, no nothing. I give them an F. If you want your job done right, hire somebody else.

At first i thought i could trust the work that was provided. The guys were friedly and may knew what they were doing but i explained to them that i am tired of people saying they work with slate roofs for years but i still have the leaking roof. NOT GOOD

Everybody associated with the repair was professional and pleasant. All work was done in a timely manner and the cost of the repair was reasonable.

Collin came out , got on the roof and checked beyond the area I called about. He found my chimney and ridge vent needed some attention . Price seemed reasonable. His crew cleaned up after they finished. I am not sure the leak is fixed since it was a very small and only showed over a long period but I am pleased with the work that was completed. Collin also reviewed with me all that was done in person to ensure I was satisfied and understood the scope of the work. I would recommend exterior solutions to others.

Hired them [out of sheer desperation because the original crew got hurt at another job] to extend my eaves and install snow slides. they worked fast. too fast. the slope of the eaves did not even match the roof slope. But it was too late to fix so I did not even say anything. A couple of months later a snow slide came off in some wind and I saw they did not even put ice and water underneath, over the new decking [as in the contract]. I have literally been trying for the last 2 months to get them to fix it. All I get is we will send someone over then nothing. RESPONSE 9/14/2021. 5 months later. still no solution. You're really only as good as your most recent work, and HALF of your last 6 reviews are 1 star or worse... Yea the recourse for people like us is not to ghost them. Or take advantage of someone who needs a job done ASAP and ignore them after they realize massive corners were cut. Take pride in your work and dont hide behind my homeowners insurance. If i knew the full extent of your ineptitude I'd have never hired you to do my siding, which was a battle tooth and nail with your crew to get done even marginally correct. Who didn't have a siding blade so they ran a wood blade backwards, melting the siding more than cutting it. Who installed a window 2 inches off center and told me it was 1/2" and i'd never notice it. Who some days didn't show up because their mother couldnt drive them in. And by the way broke a $1250 window which we luckily DID get covered through home depot. I knew something was wrong the minute your first roofing guy showed up and was cutting every single 30deg eave extension with a circular saw by hand (which ended up probably 5 degrees off) and not a chop saw set at 30deg because, and i quote "i was made fun of at another job for doing it that way". Yea the right way. And i was ready to sweep all this nonesense under the rug if they just came and put ice and water where they said they would originally. 1866 characters left to hash this out on homeadvisor, or maybe just contact me directly.

Showed up to do the estimate the same day I contacted them. Weâ re very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with ventilation, leaks and things that had been done incorrectly. The first company I contacted said I needed a whole new roof and Colin said that wasnâ t necessary at all. Iâ m so glad I got a second opinion and the job was done within a week of the estimate. Very satisfied with the workmanship and company as a whole! Would highly recommend, especially if you donâ t want to get ripped off like I almost did with the first estimate I got!!! Colin and his crew came in the morning, worked professionally, repaired all that Colin and I had discussed, cleaned up after the job and showed me pictures of what they had done. They are a great, efficient and professional group.

The workman were polite and cleaned up the trash, when they left you would never of known they where here. I hired them again for Another job. My next store neighbor hired then as well.

Had a problem with a leaky slate roof. Collin was there quickly with a good solution to the problem at a reasonable cost. He and his crew stayed with the job until all the persistent leaks were found and fixed. Would recommend

Discovered leak from my flat roof on Sunday morning. I went on the Home Advisor website and was given 5 referrals. Colin called me within 2 hours, was at my home within another 3 hours and I had an estimate within about 20 minutes. I was a bit reluctant to take the first estimate but needed the roof repaired. Boy was I suprised!! The job was completed in a single day and when they left you would never have known they were there. I will use them in the future when needed. Thanks you Colin & crew!!

Out of 5 estimates, they were the only ones who got it right, and their knowledge and confidence convinced me to choose them. They did it the next day - replaced the metal drain - and we've been dry ever since.
