"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

We'd an easygoing exchange between us throughout the process, which was not a lengthy one, as his efficient crew worked energetically till nightfall to complete the work staying just ahead of the impending rainfall. Joel has a good eye for detail and was present to assess his crew's work throughout the day, which further reinforced our appreciation of him, which helped keep us relaxed throughout the project. "Wonderful! He's very good. He did our roof a couple years ago too. Did a great job. Price was cheaper than everybody around. Cleanup was beautiful. We've had people here before doing our gutters that have just left a real mess and Jimmy was just meticulous with the clean up. He did a great job. He was here promptly when he told me he would be here and he cleaned them. He was only here about an hour. He gave me some advice about my downspouts. He did a great job. Good price too for gutters. I'd give him an excellent. He's been very prompt with us and good. When he tells you he's going to do something, he's here. We called several people. He was the cheapest and he did the best job. He's very nice too. A very nice person to deal with. He's good. He goes out of his way. A good guy."

"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."

"Wiliam Dixon Contracting was quick to respond to my inquiry. They gave me a bid and waited for me to get other bids. I hired them and they showed up when they said they would, they gave me an estimate on how long the job would take, they stuck within the estimated time frame. They were friendly, professional, punctional and they cleaned up any messes they made, ie screws, etc. I would definitely recommend this contractor and would use them again if I need work done on my home."
