Joel and his team made the experience easier than I ever imagined. They were easy to work with. and whenever I had a concern, the whole process was explained to me. They guys went beyond my expectations, especially since we had a major snow storm right in the middle of the project that dumped 40 inches of snow on the area where I live. The team didnâ t let it slow them down much, as they came ready to shovel out and resume work. I had seen and heard horror stories about roofing, and I was honestly scared to get this project done. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
