"Rob is a joy to have here.  My husband and I agree that his time in our home feels as comfortable as a social visit, with the added benefit of his getting so much done, quickly and expertly.   His perfectionism shows in the excellence of his work, but at the same time his easygoing manner puts everyone at ease.  He often checks with us on job details as he works, to ensure that all is as we would like it to be, and explain our options.  He often suggests creative solutions to awkward problems and his experience makes him a true craftsman (in many different disciplines).
If I were forced to name one aspect of his relationship with his customers that I wish I could change, it would have to be that his schedule is very busy, and he is so much in demand that occasionally he cannot immediately schedule a job.  However, he makes every effort (often including working weekends if necessary) to fit projects in as soon as possible, and is very good at keeping in touch.  He is NEVER is a no-show.
We expect to have a long-term relationship with Rob, as we have many other projects in mind, including building a covered front porch, a brand new bath, and a complete basement remodel.

"My Full bathroom remodel was completed on time at a great price by kind and respectful employees of trinity contracting. They did a wonderful job creating the bathroom of my dreams and were very easy and understanding to work with, even with the many changes I made along the way during the remodel. I absolutely would hire trinity contracting again without any hesitation. Wonderful job, thank you."

"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

The time it takes to build a shed heavily depends on the type of shed you buy. A prefab shed can be built in 4 to 8 hours, while a custom shed will be built off-site over the span of 2 to 5 days. It then takes a few hours, depending on the location, to move the finished shed to its final location.

This answer varies based on where you are, but most states require that all homes are greater than 320 square feet. Remember that four walls are not the only requirements—windows, closet space, minimal ceiling heights, and indoor air quality are also factors. Each state and municipality differs, though, and as some don’t consider tiny homes permanent shelters, you’ll need to check to ensure you aren’t violating any local or state laws with your build.

Whether a prefab home is worth it or not will depend on your personal needs and preferences. Overall, prefab homes tend to cost less than traditional homes, although they also tend to have lower resale values. Another thing to consider is that prefab homes usually last 50 to 60 years or longer, while traditional homes last 50 to 100 years or more.

It’s much less expensive to build a house with wood. This is because wood is relatively inexpensive, strong enough to endure decades or even centuries of weathering and pressure, and is easier to replace if there are issues. The cost of stone houses are incredibly expensive, heavy, time-consuming to build, and difficult to repair.

Building a tiny house is the least complicated way to build, especially if you’re tackling the project as a DIY. The smaller size means less complex plans, more straightforward utility installation, and fewer ways to make costly errors. Tiny homes still need to conform to building codes and often have other applicable regulations, so be sure to get the proper permits and confirm your build is by the book.
