"Sam is absolutely the man. He is one of a kind. My husband. I had our bathroom tub converted to a shower, and replaced the sink with a vanity and a spa shower. Sam showed up every morning and never stopped until the job was done. His work is impeccable. My only regret is that I did not know about Sam all these years. Thanks Sam for a job well done. Love my bathroom!"

"Great job with installing my treadmill"

"I am very happy and pleased with the outcome of the many small projects. Excellent customer service, I was consulted on every aspect of the project. In the future, if I have additional projects, I would use this team again."

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."

"Anthony was very professional and did the jobs in a timely manner. I was very happy with his work."

"Irvens at Gifted Hands is a skilled professional who is polite and VERY hardworking. I was stuck on a project where I was trying to install a "floating" wall unit so I called Gifted Hands for help. Irvens responded quickly and made an appointment to visit my home to look it over. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and his professionalism. I hired him immediately. The work he did was flawless. He took his time to see that everything was done with meticulous detail. Do yourself a favor and let Gifted Hands handle your next project. You will be very happy that you did..."

"Frank was incredible to work with, every step of the way. We got quotes from multiple vendors, and though Frank was not the least expensive (he was right in the middle), he blew away the competition--even those higher priced--in customer service, clarity, communication, and final quality. From design through completion, we were impressed by his talent, professionalism and transparency. His contract was detailed and comprehensive, such that we knew exactly what we were getting, how it would be constructed, and when each piece of the project would be completed and delivered. He sent us beautiful photos of his process throughout construction. He was quick to answer questions via text, and sent us gentle reminders when we had design questions to answer for him. When he arrived for the final installation, he was poised and incredibly competent, plus just a great guy- he even charmed our two toddlers and got them to follow safety rules - and they STILL ask for him a month later. When he encountered hiccups along the way (taping ripped paint right off our wall), he took it in stride, fixed the problem (though it wasn't his fault) and left it better than he found it. The final product is absolutely stunning and solid. The kids can climb the wrap-around 11 foot bookcases, and while they might get injured in the process - it won't be because of a flaw in the bookcases; these things are built to last forever. Frank even guarantees his work and includes returns for touch ups when the wood shrinks and moves seasonally. We will definitely use Frank and his team again, and we recommend him to everyone we know."

"Did a great job assembling my elliptical"

"He worked extremely fast and proficient. He also was able to come within two hours of me seeking a handyman. I highly recommend him. He assembled a TV stand and dresser under 4 hours. Sorry for the weird angle of the stand. The dresser he assembled is in front of it."

"Joel is a very decent hard working gentleman. He cleans up after every job , and work very well . I just rented my apartment and I trusted him to go there and do all furniture assemble. Very humble . I recommend him to anyone who needs his service ."
