"Appliance Medic ? BEWARE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I?m writing this review based on my personal experience with Appliance Medic, and unfortunately, the quality of service has declined dramatically compared to previous years. To make matters worse, the ?advice? given for self-repair turned out to be entirely incorrect. We ultimately had to hire a different appliance repair company, who quickly identified the actual problem and replaced the necessary component. Refund Issues: I contacted the owner multiple times. We mutually agreed that the service fee should be refunded due to the poor and misleading service. Despite several follow-ups and repeated assurances that the refund would be issued, we still have not received it. Bottom Line: Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Appliance Medic. What was once a trustworthy company has, in my view, become unreliable and unprofessional. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS."
