About us
As an certified appraiser with over 25 years of experience in residential real estate appraisals, I specialize in the valuations of residential properties for estate settlements, divorce situations, tax appeals, bankruptcy, foreclosure and much more. I hold a residential license and serve the Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex and Litchfield counties. I also do consulting with regard to renovations and housing construction. Most of my business is based on my reputation and by word of mouth recommendations. Put my experience to work for you. Please note; this is a professional service. I will make every attempt to contact you to discuss your appraisal needs. First mortgage and refinance applicants contact your lender first for appraisal guidance. Regards, Joseph Anania, Jr.
