"I recently decided to sell my condo and wanted to make an educated decision on what the list price should be so i decided to get my condo appraised. We ended up speaking later that morning and by the the end of the call i had the appraisal scheduled for later that day. Dondi gave me all the particulars and i gave him the information he needed so I was comfortable with him doing the appraisal. Totally fantastic on that point as i was looking for the appraisal to be done asap.
