After 35 years of living in the same four-room apartment, I had/have a lot of STUFF, which made the task of replacing wall-to-wall carpeting, kitchen flooring. and some furniture nearly impossible to figure out - how does a single person with a recent hip replacement and back issues empty the bottoms of four closets and furniture being moved or replaced? How does she cart out heavy bags of trash - down a flight of steps! - as she downsizes her belongings? How does she pack up everything that's left AND move it from room-to-room as the two-day carpet installation progressed from one half the apartment to the other? From the free consultation before hire to the completion of the job, they were amazing. They brought in all the packing containers that would be needed and a portable garment rack - on a Friday, we had things sorted, packed up, and in a single room and they got the trash AND old furniture downstairs and out of here. When I panicked over the realization that everything would need to be moved out of that room on Monday evening between the days of carpet installation, they accommodated an unscheduled visit and moved it all in under two hours. Back on Wednesday to unpack and implement solutions - they assembled and set up the units that I'd purchased and helped me figure out where certain things should go. They were kind enough to leave their containers for me to finish the job throughout the week rather than dump my belongings and grab their stuff when their job was done - they will return to pick them up now that they are empty. Not only did they "get the job done", but it was as much of a pleasure as a job like that could be - I felt like I was working with friends! They worked with me and around me (and my little yorkie) - they helped me with the process without judgement and were respectful of my preferences and choices. I LOVE my "new" apartment and I honestly could NOT have done it without them! I will definitely be working with Organized Therapy again in the future - to complete the process in my other spaces that weren't on critical path for the carpets/floors (tops of closets, attic, garage), and I highly recommend them to anyone!"

Several months back we wanted to update our detached 2 car garage and build an attic for storage and finish the inside. Having met with numerous contractors Robert stood out to us the most due to his meticulous thought process, creative ideas and his flexibility. Rather than providing us a basic quote he proposed numerous ideas on how to make the garage best suit our needs. Before even committing to Robert he wrote a detailed proposal with a variety of options, allowing us to make an educated decision based upon our budget. Once we signed up to work with him, we met several times even before beginning the project to go over the process and our wishlist. As Robert got to know us as a family he also made helpful suggestionsâ for example installing a spotlight for our dogs, installing an outlet in the garden so we could have string lights on the fence in the summertime, increasing the amps in our garage panel box, and recommending a steel beam to span our garage so we didnâ t need a support pole in the middle of the floor space. Never once did he make a decision without consulting us and went over the prices with us for modifications to the original plan. Truly transparent! His crew was nice as can be, as well as neat and tidy. They improved the overall aesthetics on the exterior of our garage by replacing broken siding and installing new lights. It was very easy to communicate with Robert via cell phone throughout the process. As they began to work we expanded our project due to the satisfaction of working with him. What originally started as structure improvements and lighting upgrade, turned into a complete makeover. We couldnâ t be happier with the result and have already begun to speak with Robert about future projects. His craftsmanship, easy going personality, and work ethic is rare within the construction world. We highly recommend using Robert and his crew for any home improvement project. At the last minute we asked for a overhang for our small front porch. Miguel designed it to exactly our specifications. The siding looks absolutely amazing!
