Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "Plan for a long time for the initial visit. When they came out to estimate my job it took 3 hours. The price was fair and they offered financing which is nice for an $8000 purchase. The pricing policy they have is great. The agreed upon price at the time of sale is the final price. Very important for me as the HVAC installer had to redo over half of the duct work in my house. It was a liitle slow to start, but overall I'm extremely satisfied."

"There's no question I would choose Dandelion were I to start again from the beginning. From end to end, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They streamlined such a massive project into the most efficient, painless process possible. The cost was comparable to other quotes I got for geothermal, and Dandelion offers a much higher level of service and experience, making them an easy choice. Geothermal itself might be a difficult sell compared to other alternatives â in my case the cost was comparable over the lifetime, although I think it would have been more favorable if I didn't require a brand-new duct system as well. But since I went into this project decided on geothermal, Dandelion was able to offer the best value. My only regret with this project is that I used a third-party for my duct installation. I had baseboard oil heating, so I needed a brand-new duct system in addition to the standard geothermal hardware. My sales rep mentioned that Dandelion was starting to offer duct installs as well, but I was hesitant to trust them compared to an experienced HVAC company. But the difference in professionalism between Dandelion & the other company was night and day, and the most stressful part of the install was trying to manage the schedule of two separate companies. I think the install would have been much smoother had I gone all-in with Dandelion. During Dandelion's install, I was very impressed with the high levels of professionalism and care taken by the install crew. They went above and beyond to tailor my system to all of my wants. In the end, everything was exactly as I would have hoped for. We just made it through a fierce heat wave in comfort with our new geothermal system, and we're so glad we made the leap. Dandelion was an excellent partner throughout the entire project."

We told him our budget, and that while we understood there were more areas for improvement than our budget allowed, he worked with us to assess and confirm what the most pressing issue was, the attic insulation. He also looked at other points in the house by my request in order to plan for potential future jobs. His crew came shortly after, and were very respectful to adhere to COVID protocols.
