The team was able to complete the task in a very timely manner. However, the additional access panel was not executed as outlined on the contract and they were able to work with the other contractor and improvised a different access point to install the insulation."

"We meet with the salesman and discussed everything we wanted done. Next with the installer, so we were told, and again had to explain everything that we wanted done. Install date was scheduled. I had to call a few days ahead to find out what time the installer would be arriving. The installer arrived one hour late, he did not realize the distance! The project was to remove three large windows, resize/frame the openings and install three new windows. We were assured it would be completed in one day. He had to return the next day because one person could not complete it in one day! We were under the impression that the person that came beforehand to measure and review the project would be the POC and installer, with a crew. Nope. The installer that did the project did a very god job and we are pleased with it. The cost is a little high however, they were able to meet our wants."
