They worked together like a well tuned machine. Everyone knew what they had to do and when to do it. There were no mistakes. They were here by 8:00 am and were finished by 4:30. They answered all my questioned and responded to my phone calls. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing damaged. More companies should operate like them. "I just had my generator repaired by Jim Birch, owner of AC Performance Power. This is the company to use. He actually answers your texts, and He takes your call. He shows up when he tells you. Whether it's 6 am or 10 pm. He or one of his guys (blade the Man) will be there. Not only does he do the job, you know he does it right. It's the busiest season, so Jim and his team work long days to finish the job. I had a really difficult short in my generator, and in the end, Jim needed to field-fix my PC board. I am back up and running. 5 stars to Jim and his crew."
